We've learned how to use the spectrometer, and where exactly on the visible light spectrum the wavelengths of the major colors are. Apparently, optic fibers are made up of very thin strands of glass.

We also attempted to speed up the cracking of the glass by rubbing ice on the outside surface, the side where the lamps shine on. So far, though, it sadly has not worked.

Aside from checking up on this experiment, we've also tried our hand at using the Olympus camera. We've been trying to get the settings right to show the true colors, but to no avail. Oh well. Try and try again.
